I'm sharing some of my family's creative recipes & I've started a small project selling Halal Cream Cakes & Cookies due to the difficulties of eating halal cakes in Japan

This light dish is good to served with warm french bread,cold salad, salsa sauce & hot tea. Suitable for people who like to have something light for dinner... Pls see below for the Mushroom eggs mash : -
RECIPE - 4 eggs(beaten) 1 onion(sliced) 1 tomato(chunk) 1 tin/packet of sliced button mushroom hotdog or tuna(optional) some cumin powder salt & pepper to taste olive oil(for frying)
Beat the eggs,add in all the ingredients & fry with some olive oil. Stir well but make sure the eggs not burned...served hot with french pan & salsa sauce.
Hands On - ￥2500 yen per lesson including all ingredients.
