I'm sharing some of my family's creative recipes & I've started a small project selling Halal Cream Cakes & Cookies due to the difficulties of eating halal cakes in Japan

Assalamualaikum everyone,I'm sorry for delaying the update of my blog.Taken alot of photos from my cooking but no time to upload it.So today I want to share the recipe with everyone. Since I'm living abroad very difficult to find western halal food.So I make iniative lah to try this hehehe...But my sauce abit watery should add in more corn flour to thicken the sauce. "Crispy Chicken with Lemon sauce & mash potatoes".Taste really good!My hubby give 5 star for this. : ) Macam hotel lak 5 star!?!
Resource : http://www.recipezaar.com/ "Crispy Chicken with Lemon sauce & mash potatoes" Recipe : Serves 3 6 pcs of boneless chicken 1 egg white some all purpose flour (for coating the chicken) Preparation: Whisk the white eggs, first coat the chicken into the eggs & then next into the flour.Coat 2x or 3x more so you can get crispy chicken than KFC.
Lemon sauce: 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 clove garlic mince 1/2 tbs butter (can be substitute to olive oil) 1/2 tsp vinegar some sprinkle of basil powder or province herbs some corn flour (to thicken the sauce) salt & pepper some honey ( if desired)
Preparation: Mixed everything together,stir well & lastly thicken the sauce with corn flour.If you want more sauce you can doubled the ingredients.
Mash Potatoes
6 potatoes (boiled until cooked) 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup of half & half cream 1/2 tbsp butter (substitute to olive oil) salt & pepper to taste
Preparation: Mashed the potatoes & add in all the ingredients,mixed well. You can use soy milk(without sugar) or low fat milk for dietary purpose.
Hands On - ¥2500 yen per lesson including all ingredients.
