I'm sharing some of my family's creative recipes & I've started a small project selling Halal Cream Cakes & Cookies due to the difficulties of eating halal cakes in Japan

I'm a bread lover. Before this I tried to make bread but the outcome is bad. First attempt to make this broiche.
Alhamdulilah very happy & satisfied with the nice texture & taste good too..
The ingredients are simple & easy to get in the supermarket.
La Brioche recipe: Makes 10 bun or 2 loaf
1 sachet of dry yeast (11 grm)
250 grm flour
1 tsp salt
6 tsp of sugar
6 tbsp of milk or water
2 eggs
50 grm butter softened
Preparation:
Mix flour with salt & sugar.Then add eggs and milk. Mixed together then add in the butter bit by bit until finish.Knead for 15 mins.Let it rest for 1 hr. If the dough is too soft add more flour.
Make a loaf or bun shape & let it rest again until the dough doubles.
Hands On - ￥2500 yen per lesson including all ingredients.
