Hi gals & guys...had this recipe from Icip-icip (TV3).Modified it more to my taste & used red kidney bean(do not have kacang pool in hand).And add in minced chicken...its taste good.
Can be served for breakfast,dinner or supper.

Kacang Pool ala Madame T. recipe -

１ can of Red kidney bean (mashed)
300 grm of minced meat or chicken
2 tsp of fennel powder
2 tsp of cumin powder
2 tbspn oil
5 tbspn of tomato puree
black pepper
white pepper
salt to taste
1 onion chopped (for garnishing)
1 egg (for garnishing)
1 green chilli chopped (optional)
some water

Preparation :
Fry the meat until cook with some oil,add in tomato puree,mashed beans,cumin & fennel.Then add in the peppers & salt to taste.Garnish it with onion,chilli & egg.
Served it with hot french toast.Ermmm...Oishi.!!!
