Another dish from Senegal called YASSA.Very simple to prepare & taste yummy too...
I adjusted it to our malay taste where I used alot of b.pepper to make abit spicy & hot.
Also served with hot steam rice.Well anybody interested to try senegal dish can have the recipe below :

Recipe Yassa Chicken -
8 pcs of chicken cut
2 cloves of garlic (blend)
1/2 onion(blend)
2 whole onion (sliced)
1/2 cup of Dijon Mustard
1 chicken cube
some black pepper
some pepper
salt to taste
some water
some oil
lemon juice(optional)

Preparation:
In a pot,put some oil & add all the blended ingredients fry until fragrance.
Next add in the mustard & sliced onions.Then add in the chicken & all the other ingredients too.Boiled until the chicken is cooked.Served it with hot steam rice.
